Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, replacement orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days after the request is approved.
Prescription lenses and customized eyewear are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.
